To serve you well, we process (personal) data about you. The Putman Groep takes your privacy very seriously and therefore treats your personal details with the utmost care. This privacy statement tells you how we process your data and what we use it for.
The Putman Groep is located at IJsseldijk 3 (6931 AA) in Westervoort (correspondence address PO Box 27, 6930 AA Westervoort). The Putman Groep is responsible for processing your personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act / the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
First and foremost, the Putman Groep complies with the requirements of privacy legislation in all cases. We handle your data with care. And we will continue to do so, even if we are constantly looking for the best way to let you use our services as easily and quickly as possible.
What data do we process and what do we use it for?
We collect (personal) data and information from you, which data we process for various purposes.
Personal data
We collect your name, job title, e-mail address, phone number, CV and IP address to:
- recognise you;
- providing you with service.
Communication
We use your e-mail address:
- inform you of the queries you have made to us via the putmangroep.com website;
- informing you of your application through the putmangroep.com website
- only with your consent: for sending newsletters and other communications. You can unsubscribe from a newsletter at any time. There is an unsubscribe option in the newsletter that you can click on.
We collect this data based on the consent you have given.
The Putman Groep processes your personal data only on the basis of consent
Personal data may only be processed if there is a legal basis for doing so (a legal basis). The basis we use for processing personal data is your unambiguous consent (Article 8(a) Wbp / Article 4 paragraph 11 AGV). By actively agreeing to the processing of personal data, the general terms and conditions and privacy statement, you consent to the processing of your data by the Putman Groep as described in this privacy statement. Of course, you can withdraw your consent at any time, we will delete your personal data from our databases and records. This right (to withdraw consent) relates to future processing of your personal data and not to personal data already processed by us. Without processing your data, we cannot provide our services.
Do we give your data to third parties?
The Putman Groep does not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless a legal obligation or court order requires it or you have been specifically asked for permission.
Suitable level of protection
For the proper functioning of our services, we provide your data to a number of parties within and outside Europe. Within Europe, these are Vimexx b.v. in Leiden for hosting our website and Purple Media b.v. in Baarn for managing our website. These parties have an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act / the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Cookies
We use cookies on this website. A cookie is a simple small file sent with pages of this website and stored on your equipment by your browser. The information stored therein can be used on your next visit to make it easier for you to access the website. For example, by loading your personal preferences. If you do not want us to use cookies, you can choose the ‘cookies off’ option in your browser, or ask your browser provider for the appropriate settings.
Google Analytics
Through our website, a cookie is set by the US company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have no control over this. We have not allowed Google to use the analytics information obtained for other Google services. The information collected by Google is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not included. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google claims to adhere to the Privacy Shield principles and is a member of the US Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield programme. This implies an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.”
Will your personal data be kept?

What are your rights?
Access to your data
As a customer, you have the right to access your personal data. This means that you can ask what personal data is registered about you and for what purposes it is used.
Correction of your data
As a customer, you have the right to have your personal data corrected, should it turn out that our registration is not (or no longer) correct. This also applies if the data needs to be supplemented or modified.
Right to be forgotten
As a customer, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. This means that we will delete your personal data from our systems. Your data may still be anonymised and/or aggregated in various management reports.
Right of objection
As a customer, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. We will consider your objection, if it is provided with well-founded substantiation, and reply to you as soon as possible but at the latest within three weeks.
Right to data transfer
As a customer, you have the right to portability of your personal data. This means that we can make your personal data available in standard file format for reuse.
Data security
The Putman Groep will take appropriate technical and organisational security measures, to the best of its knowledge and technology, to provide adequate guarantees for monitoring and preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data. This also applies to the information to be added to, extracted from and/or derived from it. Both input and output will be secured by the Putman Groep against loss, theft or against any unlawful and/or unauthorised form of processing.
